You can now create logical combinations of defined value fields by grouping them together, making it easier to analyze a subset of data and organize unwieldy lists of data.
The Reports page is designed to help you organize and visualize data better; beyond strats, you can create summary and pivot tables, rep lines, and, eventually, charts. That's why we're excited to announce two new features: exporting Tape Cracker reports through a secure, shareable link and generating summary tables across the web app.
As users’ needs evolve, so must the tools we offer—that’s why we’ve upgraded our Strats page with new capabilities and a smoother UI! Users can now flexibly build reports faster than ever by generating pivot tables and setting substrats within each strat card.
Users can now instantly filter data by clicking within a data field. One-click filters are applied at the global level, cascading to all strat cards.
Derive meaningful insights through geographical data visualizations to explore datasets and uncover insights that may otherwise be hidden.
You now have more control exporting Strats in Excel with new formatting options, including consolidating data into a single sheet, adding strats total rows, and appending accounting and percentage formats.
Upgraded charting capabilities allow you to compare and consolidate multiple metrics into one graph. Even more, the revamped charts now support dual axes, enabling you to identify relationships between two or more fields with different magnitudes and scales of measurement.
We've completely overhauled our charting capabilities, offering performance graphs that are dynamic and interactive. You can access these charts within the loan age analysis, historical analysis, and deal age analysis sections of the web app.
You now have more control reporting data by grouping numeric fields at uneven intervals when running strats.
You now have greater control filtering data by creating custom queries within Strats and Performances pages. By creating custom queries, you can now see the data you care about the most.
We’ve integrated our cashflow engine into Tape Cracker, enabling you to run up to seven cashflow scenarios on your tapes. Since dv01 is a platform built on a common infrastructure, scenarios can be saved and loaded throughout our product lines.
You can now transform your data in a more accessible format through summary tables. Quickly select existing data fields or calculate counts and basic statistics on the fly. Even more, you can export your summary tables for reporting purposes or for easy collaboration with colleagues.
You can now apply filters to field values to quickly pinpoint and fix missing or invalid data.
The Strat tool now allows you to summarize large datasets in seconds by creating custom columns for the data you care about the most. Eight functions are currently supported: Average, Count, Maximum, Minimum, Non-Zero Weighted Average, Percent of Total, Sum, and Weighted Average.
Our Strats page has been refreshed with a feature-rich datagrid, enabling you to rearrange, resize, and filter columns for faster analysis. You can access the sleek new Strats pages within any of our product lines.
To make certain analyses easier, we have added 17 data columns, removed 7, renamed 4, and made 1 data type change. You can now access data related to updated home values, loan modifications, cumulative payment types, and more.
We have streamlined the Tape Cracker workflow, combining two separate steps into one. You can now apply multiple calculations and formatting actions to resolve invalid data within the same step.
We have made it easier to learn the dv01 syntax for calculating values on your loan tapes. A syntax tooltip now appears as you type a calculation, and the complete dv01 syntax manual is now available within the web app.
An enhanced table interface presents data in an easy-to-analyze format: individual metrics are grouped together by category, data columns can be reordered and resized, data can be easily copied-and-pasted into external applications, and more.
