As we look forward, we must reflect on the progress we made last year to celebrate all we’ve achieved and learn from new experiences. We focused on building community across dv01 with several people ops initiatives. Our first annual offsite was a success, demonstrating how valuable face time with coworkers outside of a laptop can be.
Hands down our biggest milestone was our acquisition by Fitch. It not only validated our approach to operating as a business over the years, but signaled a new volume; one with reduced noise and where we can focus solely on execution.
Our acquisition happened at the most opportune time for dv01. With a strategic partner supporting us I have no doubt we will continue to excel—but only if we adapt. Fortunately for us, data becomes even more valuable during a downturn. We will succeed by capitalizing on the economic headwinds, refining our technical architecture, and investing in our culture. These focus areas will help dv01 drive growth in volatile times, and I’m confident we will continue to achieve great things.
Life outside of dv01 matters—that’s why we offer all full time employees unlimited PTO. In 2022, we used that PTO to visit 116 locations on 6 continents! There are 33 regions where we’ve visited once or multiple times.
