New Chapter for dv01: dv01 Founder Perry Rahbar Transitions to Strategic Advisor; Jonathan Warrick Appointed Head of dv01

NEW YORK, August 10, 2026 – Fitch Solutions today announced a planned leadership succession at dv01, the loan-level data and analytics business it acquired in 2022. After 12 years leading the company, dv01 Founder Perry Rahbar will transition into a strategic advisory role at Fitch Group. Jonathan Warrick, currently dv01's Chief Operating Officer, will become Head of dv01.

"I'm proud of what our team has created, the relationships we have developed with our clients, and the role dv01 plays in the market today. Jonathan has been part of the company from the beginning and knows our people, clients, and technology. I'm confident in his ability to lead dv01 and look forward to supporting him and Fitch Group in this next chapter."

Warrick joined dv01 in 2014 as its first employee and an engineer. Since then, he has held responsibilities across product, data, technology, operations, and client support. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2025.

Prior to joining dv01, Warrick worked in the Financial Services consulting practice at Ernst & Young and at Barclays, where he focused on loss model development for the firm's card products. He holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MS in Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
