The newest installment of the dv01 Origination Report: Unsecured Personal Loans is now available. Below are some quick insights:
- Origination volumes rose 5% MoM, setting a new record high for the third time this year (page 4).
- While the average income rose 3.2%, when adjusted for inflation, incomes remain substantially lower now than they were in early 2021 (page 8).
- Top Grade and Middle Grade GWACs both rose 14 bps MoM, while Bottom Grade GWACs dropped 22 bps (page 11).
